REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY 11 November 2007

The service this year will be held in Churchill Church, St. James the Great, in Halfshire. Starting with a short service at CHURCHILL WAR MEMORIAL.

Assemble at the memorial 10.15 a.m. Short service and the laying of wreaths and crosses at 10.30 a.m. followed by parading the short distance to the church in time for the 2 minutes silence at 11.00 a.m.

The Branch would appreciate all able members be in attendance and take an active role in the parade. This also applies to Poppy Collectors and members of the public who are all welcome.

Parking is available near the church and memorial. Please note the lane from the memorial to the Church is closed to through traffic from 10.30 a.m. until 10.55 a.m.
