Current news from Active Seniors
The recent roadmap for lifting lockdown restrictions announced by the Government gave a date (still subject to change or delay if the criteria isn't met) of 17th May for group exercise to resume. This still seems a long way off but at least there is a plan and the suggested date will mean that hopefully every adult over 50 will have received at least their first vaccination before classes are able to re-commence.
I hope that as soon after this date as possible I will be able to resume Strength and Balance, Happy Hearts and Tai Chi classes at the Community Centre on Monday mornings and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. If you are keen to get back to or start some exercise and don't already have your name on my list please give me a call. The classes are for reasonably mobile individuals but if in doubt ring to discuss on 07512 546480

A variety of classes for older adults are available including the very popular strength and balance classes, a Happy Hearts class to improve heart fitness and stamina and also tai chi and qigong on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
